ENERGIZING SYSTEMS

The Resilience Project: Leveraging the Energy of Connection

My system is simple and fun. My goal is for you to feel energized as we work through this process.

Let’s Connect: We will start by getting to know one another. I’ll get to know your organization as well. What is your vision for your culture? Who are the main advocates of the culture you envision? What is your sense of what the gap is between what you envision and reality? What’s the best thing about your team? Where are the opportunities to be even better? What is your organization’s mission?

Let’s Clarify: As I learn about your team, pain points will emerge. With groups of people there will always be something to improve on. The insight you gain will be invaluable as we talk with and survey your team looking carefully for outliers and gaps from your envisioned culture.

Let’s Create: We will create solutions together for your team to address any gaps. At this point you’ll have a clear picture of where your team currently is, what your vision for them is, and which gaps we want to lean into. We can leverage my current services or I can develop new collateral, depending on what’s needed. During this process we’ll want a champion involved who will help create the solutions and will keep them alive for your team.

Let’s Cultivate: The team will finally know we are doing something besides asking them how things are going. Programs, processes, changes, and communication will role out. This is the execution phase of the project and is high touch.

Let’s Check: We will evaluate how the programs are going along the way and at the end of the project we’ll measure our impact formally so we know how we addressed gaps. At this point your culture will be impacted and you’ll see the difference in the environment. You’ll also have data, a great view into the details of what is happening on your team.

Let’s Champion: We want an enduring culture, so we’ll assign a champion to keep the goodness going. On-going survey’s, and future programs will continue to raise the bar so your team will get stronger, better, and more productive over time.
