Gratitude Practices

Gratitude is an amazing practice. Even when things are challenging in our lives, a few moments of gratitude can really cheer us up. There is always something to be grateful for. During 2020 gratitude was pivotal in getting me through. I actually was thankful for the peace and quiet, the lack of any social pressure, and the owls singing in the backyard. The little things made me happy. It’s often about the little things in the end.
