I love to use my gifts of proactive, structured problem solving to deliver speeches, and create experiences and connections for people and organizations. The result is a positive oriented solution to sometimes very hairy problems, inspiring moments, and steps to move forward.
I provide 3 services:
Speeches. My speeches are one hour long so they fit into a lunch hour or brown bag. I charge what you feel my speech is worth after you attend it. I ask for a minimum of 10 attendees confirmed to attend. I have speeches available which you can check out on the speaker page, but I'm also willing to create a speech from scratch for specific topics you would like covered.
Cornerstone Circles. I create support and friend groups by starting a group with structure and Positive Psychology training. The groups meet 10 times, and then a leader is appointed to keep the group going in a more casual way. The focus of the groups is personal exploration, growth, and building friendships. If you want to create one of these I would meet with you to help you curate a group which will work well together and then I would run 10 groups. I charge by the person for these groups and will take 6-10 people.
Consulting and Articles. Present your hairy problem to me, either personal or group related and I will create a Positive Psychology based proposal for you to use to solve the problem. I have used this method with people in my life and it works wonders. Why live with a bad problem when you can creatively solve it? I charge by the hour for this service.
